The Company wishes to announce that its Public Shareholding spread as at 31 December 2006 is in compliance with the requirements of Paragraph 8.15(1) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Details of the Public Shareholding spread as at 31 December 2006 are as follows :-
(a) % of Public Shareholdings : 39.33%
(b) Number of Public Shareholders holding not less than 100 shares : 2,731
