Whistle-blowing Policy and Procedures
Objectives
Pentamaster Corporation Berhad ("PCB" or the "Company") is committed to the highest possible standards of openness, probity and accountability in the conduct of its businesses and operations. In line with this commitment, the Company has put in place the whistle-blowing policy and procedures ("Whistle-blowing Policy or Policy") to provide an avenue for all employees, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders who have concerns about any suspected misconduct or malpractice within the Company to come forward and voice those concerns. While the Company could not guarantee that the outcome of any ensuing investigations would satisfy those who raised the concerns, the Company will endeavour to respond to the concerns fairly and properly. The Policy is applicable to PCB and its subsidiary companies (collectively, "we", "us", "our" or the "Group").
