The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek its shareholders' approval to amend the Company's Articles of Association ("Proposed Amendments") at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.
The Proposed Amendments are to streamline the Company's Articles of Association and to bring them in line with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
A circular to shareholders containing the Proposed Amendments together with the Notice of AGM will be issued in due course.
