The Board of Directors of Pentamaster Corporation Berhad ("Pentamaster") wish to inform that the Group's audited profit after taxation for the financial year ended 31 December 2007 was lower by RM5.602 million or 60.9% at RM3.596 million as against the unaudited results of RM9.198 million announced on 26 February 2008.
