Following the announcements made on 5 February 2025 and 28 February 2025 on Pentamaster International Limited ("PIL"), a subsidiary of the Company, which is listed on HKSE in relation to its proposed privatisation, withdrawal of listing on HKSE, and proposed special dividend, the Board of Directors of PCB wishes to announce that PIL has on 7 March 2025, released an announcement to HKSE in relation to the Scheme being sanctioned without modification by the Grand Court of Cayman Islands on 6 March 2025 (Cayman Islands time). Subject to the fulfillment or waiver (as applicable) of all conditions to the Scheme, the expected effective date of the Scheme and the expected date of withdrawal of listing of the shares of PIL on HKSE will be 17 March 2025 (Cayman Islands time) and 19 March 2025 (Hong Kong time), respectively.
