Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that the following recurrent related party transactions ("the said RRPT") that were approved by the Company's shareholders at the Company's Twenty Second (22nd) Annual General Meeting held on 7 June 2024 has exceeded the estimated value for the said RRPT as disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders dated 29 April 2024 ("Circular") by more than ten percent (10%):
