Further to the announcement on 27 January 2015 the Board of Directors of Pentamaster Corporation Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company has been notified on 13 February 2015 that the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce has finalized the cancellation of the Industrial and Commerce Bureau’s Business License of Pentamaster Automation Engineering (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. (“PMAE”). With the finalization of this procedure, the members’ voluntary closure proceedings of PMAE is completed. This announcement is dated 16 February 2015. |
