For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in PMCB’s announcement dated 27 January 2016. Further to the announcements made by PMCB on 27 January 2016 and 2 February 2016, the Company wishes to announce that at a hearing today, the High Court has decided to suspend the ex parte interim injunction order granted against the Defendant on 21 January 2016 pending the disposal of the application for inter partes injunction, which has been fixed for hearing on 20 April 2016. The High Court further ordered for the Defendant to allow the Plaintiff to fully execute the Anton Piller order granted on 21 January 2016 on 5 February 2016, between 10am to 5pm. This announcement is dated 4 February 2016. |
