For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in PMCB’s announcement dated 27 January 2016. Further to the announcement made by PMCB on 27 January 2016, and updates made on 2 February 2016 and 4 February 2016, the Company wishes to announce that at a Case Management today, the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur has allowed Pentamaster Instrumentation Sdn Bhd’s application to add Elsoft Research Berhad (Company No. 617504-K), AGS Automation (M) Sdn Bhd (Company No. 498080-U) and Lumileds Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Company No. 499855-X) respectively as the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Defendants in the suit. The Court has also postponed the hearing date for Pentamaster Instrumentation Sdn Bhd’s application for injunction and QAV Technologies Sdn Bhd’s application to set aside the Court’s Order granted on 21 January 2016 to 31 May 2016. This announcement is dated 28 March 2016. |
