Further to the announcement made on 17 November 2015 by Pentamaster Corporation Berhad (“PMCB” or “the Company”) in respect of a Notice of Interest of Substantial Shareholder pursuant to Form 29A given by Resolute Accomplishment Sdn Bhd (Company No. 891696-M) (“RASB”) dated 13 November 2015 (the “said Notice”), PMCB wishes to inform that it has on 7 April 2016 received a letter from RASB stating that the said Notice was made in error.

RASB has in its letter informed the Company that on the transaction date of 13 November 2015, the total shareholding held by RASB in PMCB was 3,881,552 shares (2.91%) instead of 9,037,152 shares (6.78%) as stated in the said Notice and RASB has never been a substantial shareholder of PMCB. Therefore notice of interest of substantial shareholder pursuant to Form 29A was never necessary on its part. RASB informed that the unintentional error was due to its internal consolidation of its shareholding in PMCB shares.
