For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in PMCB’s announcement dated  27 January 2016.

With reference to PMCB's announcements on 27 January 2016, 2 February 2016, 4 February 2016, 28 March 2016 and 4 August 2016 relating to the legal proceedings commenced against QAV Technologies Sdn Bhd (Company No. 616788-U), Elsoft Research Bhd (Company No. 617504-K), AGS Automation (M) Sdn Bhd (Company No. 498080-U) and Lumileds Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Company No. 499855-X) in the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur with Suit No. 22IP-65-11/2016 by PISB, following an agreement between parties, PISB has agreed to withdraw the abovementioned court proceedings without orders as to cost and without liberty to file afresh. PISB has been informed by its lawyers on 21 February 2017 that on 15 February 2017, the High Court of Malaya was duly informed of the same and the above legal proceedings has been struck off with no orders as to cost and without liberty to file afresh. At the same time, QAV Technologies Sdn Bhd’s counterclaim against PISB in the same proceedings has also been struck off without orders as to cost and without liberty to file afresh.
