The Board of Directors of Pentamaster Corporation Berhad ("PMCB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company acquired the remaining 40% shareholding in its subsidiary company Pentamaster Instrumentation Sdn Bhd (Company No. 637373-M) (“PISB”) comprising 120,000 ordinary shares (“the Shares”) each fully paid up for a total cash consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Six Million (RM6,000,000.00) only on 9 June 2017.
