We refer to the announcements dated 21 September 2017, 29 September 2017, 16 October 2017 and 17 November 2017 (“Announcements”).

(Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcements.)

On behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang IB wishes to announce that:

(i)            11,725,379 Bonus Shares will be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue; and

(ii)           158,292,712 PCB Shares, after taking into account the issuance of 11,725,379 Bonus Shares, will be subdivided into 316,585,424 Subdivided Shares pursuant to the Share Split.

The above will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 5 December 2017, being the next market day after the Entitlement Date.
