We refer to the announcements dated 2 April 2019, 4 April 2019, 10 April 2019 and 11 June 2019 in relation to the Bonus Issue (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. The Board of Directors of PCB wishes to announce that 158,292,675 Bonus Shares will be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue. All the Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Friday, 28 June 2019, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date. This announcement is dated 27 June 2019. |
