Rectification of bonus shares over reported by Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan)

Pentamaster Corporation Berhad (“PCB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that it had on 9 August 2019 received a letter from Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) (“KWAP”) informing that KWAP had over reported 83,100 bonus shares in the announcement made on 2 July 2019 (“said announcement”).

An amended announcement has been made today to rectify the said announcement. Consequent to the rectification, all the balances disclosed under indirect/deemed interest by KWAP in its announcements from 2 July 2019 to 6 August 2019 should be adjusted accordingly as set out below:-
