We refer to the announcements dated 5 March 2020, 6 March 2020, 12 March 2020 and 15 July 2020 in relation to the Bonus Issue (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. The Board of Directors of PCB wishes to announce that 237,439,022 Bonus Shares will be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue. All the Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 6 August 2020, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date.
